Losing Another Great Missionary

On June 4, 2014 we spent the evening with Elder Lewis at the Mission Home as he came to the close of his outstanding two years of service in the Belgium Netherlands Mission.  We first met Elder Lewis in the MTC in Provo while we were training for our mission two years ago.  He has been an outstanding missionary, District Leader, Zone Leader and Assistant to the President.

 I love these missionaries.  It always is a bittersweet feeling to say goodbye.  I know how excited and happy their families are to have them come home, but I also realize the hole it leaves in the mission and our hearts.
